Weber Water Resources LLC was awarded the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District contract for permanent equipment installation at Diamond Well.A 5-0 EVMWD board vote Thursday, Dec. 16, awarded the Riverside company a contract for $225,023. The work will include installing a new vertical turbine pump, column piping including the tube and shaft, the motor and associated equipment.Diamond Well is in the 32000 block of Diamond Drive in Lake Elsinore. The well underwent rehabilitation in 2018 and 2019 but subsequently had vibration issues which limited operation and production capability. The production rate began to decline in early 2020. Multiple attempts were made to isolate and eliminate the source of the vibration issue, and in March 2021, the down-hole pump equipment was removed
