Lake Elsinore Business and Citizen of the Quarter are honored at City Council meeting

Lake Elsinore Mayor Timothy J. Sheridan said the fun part of being mayor is the opportunity to recognize community members who are doing great things. At the Jan. 25 meeting, he presented plaques to the Citizen and Business of the Quarter for the 2021 fourth quarter on behalf of the city of Lake Elsinore.Tina Breese owns and operates Elsinore Barber and Beauty on Main Street. She was singled out for her community support during the holiday season. Not only did she win the Winterfest “Historic Main Street Best Holiday Cheer Store Front” in December 2021 but her business was featured as the backdrop for the city’s first Monday Minute Dec. 20, a feature that is filmed each week for posting on social media.Sheridan said another reason Breese’s business was deserving was because
