Lake Elsinore, CA – This weekend, the City was notified about the passing of its former Councilmember, Daryl Hickman, who passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 12, 2022.
Councilmember Hickman was first elected to the City Council on November 6, 2001 and served on the City Council for 17 years until 2018. He also served as Mayor from 2007 to 2008. When he left public office in December 2018, he described his time on the City Council as one of the most rewarding experiences of his life.
