LAKE ELSINORE – The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District board of directors recognized 15 local students Thursday, Feb. 10, for their winning contributions to the 2021-2022 Water Is Life poster contest.More than 3,200 students participated in the 2021-2022 Water Is Life poster contest, representing 18 schools from Lake Elsinore Unified School District, Menifee Union School District, Murrieta Valley Unified School District and local charter schools. Participants ranged from kindergarten to fifth grade.
