April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month, and the Riverside University Health System Foundation is hoping to bring awareness and much needed funding to this issue with Pinwheels for Prevention. The national campaign has been celebrated annually since 2008.“Last year was the first year that Riverside University Health System Foundation participated in the campaign and will look to continue these efforts,” Sarah Rodriguez, senior public information specialist for Riverside University Health System – Medical Center, said.The pinwheels cost $5 each and can be ordered at https://e.givesmart.com/events/pZ4/.
