Two men from Lake Elsinore were killed in a crash at Torrey Pines Monday, April 25.The San Diego County Medical Examiners Office, Saturday, April 30, identified Joshua Adonai Manzaneres and Johnny Ildefonzo Punzalan, both 19, of Lake Elsinore as the men killed in the crash.Manzaneres and Punzalan were both ejected from a vehicle when the speeding car, going south on Torrey Pines Road at about 11 p.m. Monday, hit a guardrail and rolled down an embankment onto the beach below.Neither man was wearing a seat belt, the coroner's report said.Police said they suspected the driver, who received minor injuries, was driving under the influence.
