PERRIS - A man already in custody for a series of attacks earlier this year is also suspected of fatally shooting a 29-year-old Perris resident outside a business, authorities said today.Andre Lamont Williams, 25, of Las Vegas, was formally arrested Tuesday at the Smith Correctional Facility in Banning on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and use of a gun during a felony offense for the December slaying Xavier Porter.The charges are under review by the Riverside County District Attorney's Office.Williams was originally taken into custody following a sheriff's investigation into multiple shootings on March 18 that left two men wounded.The defendant is charged with attempted murder, shooting at an inhabited dwelling and firearm assault in that case, in which he ha
