The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District will be seeking a State Revolving Fund loan for the Diamond Regional Sewer Lift Station and the Diamond Regional Sewer Dual Forcemains Project.The State Water Resources Control Board has a State Revolving Fund loan program which provides water agencies with low-interest loans. A 4-0 EVMWD board voted Tuesday, Nov. 22, with one vacant seat due to the Sunday, Nov. 20, death of Phil Williams, adopted a resolution accepting the terms and conditions of the funding agreement. The district will obtain a $36,540,937 loan from the State Water Resources Control Board with a 1.75% interest rate to be repaid over a 20-year term.
