The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funding for three Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District projects.The supervisors voted 5-0 Dec. 6 to approve the infrastructure funding agreement between the county and the water and sewer district.
