SAN JACINTO (CNS) - A man and two juveniles were arrested for allegedly stealing cell phones from multiple Riverside County businesses, authorities said today.Embra Jordan, 26, of San Jacinto, was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center in Riverside Thursday morning on suspicion of conspiracy, second-degree burglary and grand theft, sheriff's officials said.He was released on bail a few hours later.On Nov. 21, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department Southwest Station responded to two separate calls about two suspects who ripped cell phones from their displays and fled the scene before deputies arrived, according to the sheriff's department.The thefts were reported at 5:41 p.m. in the 40600 block of Winchester Road in Temecula, and at 6:11 p.m. in
