Two men arrested for allegedly assaulting girls in Hemet

HEMET – Two men have been arrested for allegedly committing lewd acts on minors in Hemet, and authorities said today that they’re investigating if there is any connection between the two cases.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of runaway/missing juvenile girls on April 1 at around 1:35 a.m. in the unincorporated area of Hemet. Investigators found that the girls were picked up by an unknown suspect.
Later that day, deputies located and detained Isaiah D’Andre Jamal Sutton, 26, a Porter Ranch resident. Authorities said Sutton sexually assaulted the underage girls and he was subsequently booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center on suspicion of committing lewd acts on a 14-15 year-old juvenile being more than 10 years older, and unlawful sexual contact with a minor under the age of 16.
On Thursday, deputies from the sheriff’s Hemet station responded to another report of a runaway/missing juvenile girl in the unincorporated area of Hemet at around 10:30 p.m. They found that the girl had also been picked up by an unknown suspect who was later identified as Frankie Frias, a 39-year-old Hemet resident.
Deputies said Frias sexually assaulted the girl, and he was booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center on suspicion of human trafficking, rape of an intoxicated person, unlawful sexual contact with a minor, committing a lewd act upon a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and placing a tattoo upon the person of a minor.
