Anza Community Broadcasting KOYT 97.1 LPFM hosted their Bubbles and Burgers fundraising event Sunday, May 7, to rave reviews, raising over $3,900 for the radio station. From the hospitality of the venue owner Allison Rencke and the perfect company, to the fine food and entertainment, the affair was a class act.
True to its clever name, locally sourced thick beef burgers were accompanied by popular quality champagnes, wines and sparkling water and cider. A salad made from the freshest greens and a rich, creamy potato salad completed the culinary experience. All meal ingredients were organic and donated by Sage Mountain Farm of Anza.
