County waste department to provide virtual class on vermicomposting

Are your weekends too busy to learn how to compost?  Maybe you don’t have space or time to compost.  Composting with worms may be the solution for you.  On Wednesday evening, July 26, the Riverside County Department of Waste Resources will host a free virtual vermicomposting class that can be accessed on any computer, tablet, or smartphone.Learn how to use worms to recycle organic resources, like unwanted food or fruit and vegetable waste, and turn them into dark, crumbly, soil conditioner called compost.
