The burn permit suspension in Riverside County has been lifted, according to fire department officials.CAL FIRE Riverside Unit Chief Bill Weiser formally canceled the burn permit suspension Monday, November 27. He advised that those possessing current and valid agriculture and residential burn permits are now able to resume burning on permissible burn days.Cooler temperatures, higher humidity and the chance of winter weather have helped to diminish the threat of wildfire, according to CAL FIRE.Property owners and residents are asked to use caution while conducting debris or agriculture burns, follow all guidelines provided and maintain fire control.
