Two men face torture, rape, and human trafficking charges in Hemet
HEMET — Two men accused of torture, rape, and human trafficking remain in custody following their arrests by Hemet police last week.Davion Dalon Marshall and Travis Trayvon Vernon Grisham, both 33, were taken into custody April 22 in the 300 block of South State Street, according to the Hemet Police Department.The investigation began March 12, when officers were called to Hemet Global Medical Center after receiving a report of sexual abuse. Detectives determined the victim had been subjected to torture, sexual assault, and forced prostitution, police said.During the course of the investigation, a second victim came forward with similar allegations, reporting that she, too, had been trafficked, raped, and physically assaulted by the two suspects.Marshall was booked into co
