While the Hemet City Council is still considering allowing another major warehouse in the city, the March Joint Powers Authority, in a recent meeting, rejected another huge warehouse proposal at the edge of the old March Air Force Base just outside of Moreno Valley in Riverside.Moreno Valley and neighboring Perris have many warehouses already with some still vacant, both of which agreed to restrict the building of more in their areas.The Powers Authority rejection of the proposal to construct the 3 million sq. ft. warehouse on the 818 acres of land west of the old air base, was first reported by CalMatters, a nonprofit nonpartisan newsroom voicing its opinion on politics and policy.In that news release, it was reported that more than 300 residents from that area of Moreno Valle
