Morrison on ACWA panel discussing Bureau of Reclamation streamlining

Greg Morrison lived in Temecula for 24 years when he worked for the Western Municipal Water District and the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District. He is now the executive vice president of the National Water Resources Association, and he returned to California for the May 5-7 Association of California Water Agencies conference in Sacramento and was on a May 7 session panel.The panel was titled: “Partnering on Permit and Procurement Streamlining”. Morrison was joined on the panel by Family Farm Alliance executive director Sam Barncastle and U.S. Bureau of Reclamation budget officer Edward Young.
