The California Enterprise Development Authority will be providing tax-exempt financing to River Springs Charter School.The CEDA issuance of revenue anticipation notes required the approval of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, who gave that authorization July 28 on a 4‑0 vote with Manuel Perez absent.
