The Eastern Municipal Water District has amended its design and environmental services contract for the Winchester Hills Tank to reflect the current planned location.The EMWD board voted 4-0 September 2, with Stephen Corona absent, to approve an agreement with Richard Brady and Associates, Inc., for the design of the tank. The contract amount is for $437,133, and the total $713,218 of additional appropriations approved by the board also covers $121,334 for the environmental support services contract, $87,000 for EMWD staff labor, and $67,751 for two previously-approved contract amendments.The Winchester Hills Tank, which was formerly called the Ridgecrest Road Tank, will be southeast of the intersection of Domenigoni Parkway and Leon Road and is adjacent to the Conestoga developmen
