The County of Riverside’s Planning Commission approved a time extension to complete the public infrastructure for a planned 37‑home development in Winchester.The Planning Commission’s 4-0 vote on June 24, with Bill Sanchez absent, extends the deadline to complete the infrastructure to July 19, 2029.
