KOYT 97.1 FM Community Radio will host its fifth annual Wine & Dine fundraiser from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, at the historic Red Skelton Ranch in Anza.This year’s event will be hosted by Bookshelf Winery & Venue, owned and operated by Nataliya and Steve Whitaker. The couple is working to preserve the history of the more than 100-acre ranch while creating a new legacy of their own.The ranch, purchased by Red Skelton’s wife, Lothian, in 1986, has a long history as a peaceful retreat for family, friends and Hollywood celebrities. Red and Lothian raised Quarter horses and Thoroughbreds on the property, which featured stallion barns, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, hay barns and expansive paddocks.Surrounded by National Forest lands and expansive mountain skies,
