The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District granted Southern California Edison an easement along Salt Creek Channel.A 5-0 vote Tuesday, Aug. 2, by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, whose members also comprise the board of the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, approved the conveyance of the easement along two legal parcels to SCE.
