LAKE ELSINORE – To assist customers financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District will further delay the pending rate increase from Jan. 1, 2021, to April 1, 2021.According to a statement from the water district, ESMWD recognizes that the ongoing pandemic and resulting restrictions on business have negatively affected customers within the district’s boundaries.
