Temecula City Council approves coronavirus relief for Visit Temecula Valley, hotel developer

Two Temecula City Council actions Tuesday, March 23, amended agreements to provide relief to the other party due to the adverse circumstances of the coronavirus outbreak. One action amended the lease agreement with the Temecula Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau, which is called Visit Temecula Valley, to waive three additional months of rent for the Visit Temecula Valley corporate offices. The other amendment extends the performance deadline for Altira LLC to construct a hotel at the northeast corner of Rancho California Road and Diaz Road. The city council approved both actions on a 5-0 vote.
