Wallace & Associates to manage Canyon Lake sewer rehabilitation

Wallace & Associates Consulting will handle construction management for the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District’s Canyon Lake sewer rehabilitation project. The EVMWD board voted 5-0, March 25, to approve a $145,976 professional services agreement with Wallace & Associates, which is headquartered in Murrieta. The board also authorized $730 for overhead, which creates a total budget of $146,706 for the design construction management work. The Canyon Lake sewer system was constructed by the developers who built the community in the 1960s. It was originally administered by a sewer district, and that district was annexed by the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District in 1968.
