The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District will be rehabilitating the Joy Street Well, and Weber Water Resources CA LLC will be the contractor who will perform the rehabilitation work.Weber Water Resources, which is based in Corona, was awarded a $448,560 contract by a 5-0 EVMWD board vote Thursday, March 25. The action approved total appropriations of $470,510 which will fund $20,599 of staff time expenses and $1,351 of overhead costs.The Joy Street Well was constructed in 2001 and is in the 16700 block of Joy Street in Lake Elsinore. The well pumps were originally drilled to a depth of 1,680 feet.
