Helix Environmental to provide habitat restoration services for EVMWD discharge pipeline extension

The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District and two partners extended a discharge pipeline into Lake Elsinore, which will require environmental mitigation, and the EVMWD board selected Helix Environmental Inc. to provide the habitat restoration services.The 5-0 vote, March 25, approved a $115,767 contract with Helix Environmental while authorizing the expenditure of that amount for the capital improvement project.
