The Anza Civic Improvement League will present Celebrate Anza festivities at Minor Park Saturday, July 3.The traditional annual event will feature music, vendors, the Thimble Club’s pancake breakfast, Friends Uniting Neighbors Group barbecue, a horseshoe tournament, children’s playground and more.Besides the barbecue and pancakes, carnival food will be offered by vendors. Shopping opportunities will abound, as merchants set up colorful booths all over the park.“Celebrate Anza on July third at the park,” Anza Civic Improvement League member Tabitha Dawes said. “Start the day with Pancakes at the Park with the Thimble Club breakfast.
