Special ribbon cutting commemorates one of two new stations as part of a pilot Water Bottle Fill Station program at the District LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) hosted a ribbon cutting event August 26 to celebrate the installation of a new water bottle fill station at Tovashal Elementary School in Murrieta.The fill station is one of two stations that was recently donated by EVMWD as part of a pilot program for local schools.
