County approves possession and use agreements for Clinton Keith Road extension

The construction of the extension of Clinton Keith Road between Leon Road and state Route 79 will require the use of private property, and the Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved possession and use agreements for portions of 10 legal parcels Tuesday, Dec. 7.The supervisors’ 5-0 vote approved possession and use agreements with two property owners, authorized the county’s facilities management director to take the necessary actions to complete the transactions, allocated $718,500 for the acquisition of the parcel portions, authorizes transaction costs and found that previous environmental documentation is sufficient to satisfy the California Environmental Quality Act requirements for the possession and use agreements.Construction of Clinton Keith Road between Interstat
