MURRIETA (CNS) - A 21-year-old parolee accused of breaking into nearly a dozen businesses in Lake Elsinore, Temecula and Wildomar was charged today with multiple counts of felony burglary. K-John Henry Sands of Compton was arrested Thursday following a Riverside County Sheriff's Department investigation.Along with 11 counts of burglary, Sands is charged with being a prior- strike felon who committed crimes while on parole. He pleaded not guilty during an arraignment before Superior Court Judge Elaine Kiefer, who scheduled a bail review conference for March 22 at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta and ordered that the defendant be held in lieu of $160,000 bail at the nearby Byrd Detention Center.According to sheriff's Sgt.
