PMB receives pre-development contract for Hemet Recovery Village

PMB LLC was awarded the Riverside County contact for pre-development services on the Riverside University Health System’s Hemet Recovery Village.The Riverside County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 Tuesday, Aug. 2, to approve the pre-development agreement with PMB LLC which is based in San Diego. PMB will be reimbursed for up to $20 million of expenses incurred including costs paid to third parties.Hemet Recovery Village will provide substance abuse and other behavioral health treatment. The facility will have outpatient services including primary care while also housing individuals who would otherwise be homeless.
