The Eastern Municipal Water District board approved a contract for the Wine County Sewer Trench Stabilization Pilot Project.A 4-0 vote Wednesday, Jan. 4, with Randy Record absent, approved a $123,900 contract with The Pressure Grout Company for the work, authorized EMWD general manager Joe Mouawad or his designee to award any necessary consultant or supplier contracts and appropriated an additional $231,532 for the project. The additional appropriations bring the total budget to $330,782 and also cover staff time, surveying and contingencies.Pavement cracking and settlement has been observed along Monte De Oro Road and along Rancho California Road between Anza Road and Monte De Oro Road.
