LAKE ELSINORE – Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District announced the election of Director Harvey Ryan to the Association of California Water Agency’s Region 9 board for the 2024-2025 term. The appointment followed ACWA’s recent board officer and regional election results.ACWA, the nation’s largest coalition of public water agencies, represents over 460 public agency members who collectively deliver 90% of California’s water to cities, farms and businesses.
