Anza Electric Cooperative, Inc. has announced the Washington Youth Tour writing contest winners for 2024.Dakota Wilson, Nisha Lee, Luis Manzanarez and Odessa Whitmer will be traveling to Washington D.C. this summer with 1,800 other high school juniors from across the nation to experience the Nation's Capital and learn about the political process.These talented high school juniors were invited to submit letters that ultimately earned them the once-in-a-lifetime trip.The contest consisted of a written letter to one of Anza's State or County Representatives on a topic of the student's choice.
