Jacolyn Hirschfeld Vermillion, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Aug. 11, 2025, at her cherished ranch in Homeland, California, at the age of 89. She was born in Los Angeles, California, on July 14, 1936, and brought warmth, kindness, and joy to all who knew her.She was married to Warren Vermillion for over 60 years, sharing a life full of love and devotion. Jacolyn had a gift for making a house feel like home, enjoying baking, making candy and pickles, tending her vegetable garden, and caring for her chickens and dogs.Her greatest joy was her family: children Dale, Sandra, and Michael; grandchildren Sydney, Shane, Paul, Sarah, Patrick, and Maxwell; and great-grandchildren Nixxie and Axel.
