The City of Temecula has been outsourcing fire department plan review services, and that will continue.A 4-0 Temecula City Council vote on August 11, with Matt Rahn absent, approved a new agreement with Proactive Fire Design & Consulting, Inc., for the city’s plan review services. The contract with the company, which is based in Temecula, is for an initial one-year term, while three one-year options will allow for renewal without additional City Council approval.
