Gannett Fleming, Inc., has been awarded the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District contract for construction management and observation services for the Sedco Hills septic-to-sewer conversion project.
The EVMWD board voted 4-0 March 13, with Darcy Burke absent, to approve a $6,096,454.36 professional services agreement with Gannett Fleming, which is headquartered in San Marcos. The board approved total expenditures of $6,124,195.36, which will also cover $27,741.00 for district overhead expenses.
